MasTec, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), held its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on May 26, 2016. The final voting results for each of the proposals submitted to a vote of the Company’s shareholders at the Annual Meeting are as follows:
